Consultancy Service - Macro Assessment

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified international consultant for Assessment of Viet Nam’s Public Financial Management System (Macro Assessment).

The objective of the assignment is to conduct an assessment of Viet Nam’s Public Financial Management System, which will feed into the UNDAF and One Plan 2012-2016 preparation process by providing guidance on appropriate cash transfer modalities, procedures and assurance activities for UN Agencies in the next programming cycle.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
