Deputy Chief of Party

Chemonics International is seeking a deputy chief of party for a USAID-funded project in Vietnam to develop the capacity of the Institute for Legislative Studies and the National Assembly. Responsibilities include: assist the chief of party in managing and administering this program.

Qualifications:
Advanced degree in administration
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in management and administration
Prior experience with USAID or other international donor required
Knowledge of the Vietnamese political system and context, particularly as it relates to the National Assembly and its research needs
Experience leading teams or assisting team leaders for activities of a similar type and scope as that required by this activity
Fluency in English required.
