Senior Program Officer in Governance/Civil Society

HELVETAS Vietnam is looking for a Senior Program Officer in Governance/Civil Society, based in Hanoi with frequent travels to provinces.

Responsibilities:
- to provide support in the field of governance, civil society, ethnic minorities, poverty reduction, gender and social inclusion
- to participate in the development of the Helvetas program with acquisitions of new projects
- to participate in the development of the strategic framework of Helvetas in Vietnam
- to participate in the development of partnerships and to extend the network with other agencies
- to support local NGOs and the projects implemented by local NGOs
- to perform field visits for facilitation, support and M&E
- to inform and communicate on the activities, results and impacts of the program and to participate in the knowledge sharing of Helvetas.
