Training Co-coordinator

REACH is center that provides vocational training services to poor and disadvantaged youth. Over 4,500 youth from poor and vulnerable backgrounds have graduated from this vocational training program and are now successfully employed. REACH works with businesses to identify areas of opportunities, develop specific curriculums and conduct training. Life skills, job-preparedness and on-the-job training are other critical components that make the model so successful. REACH Vietnam is currently working to expand its activities to reach over 5000 students in the next 3 years and to strengthen its organizational capacity and financial sustainability.

Job title: Training Co-coordinator
Job location: Hanoi

Job purpose:
To manage and develop the training programs offered by REACH. This will include management of a team of facilitators, developing the curricula and quality assurance.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the training programs offered by REACH VN
- Work with the REACH team to create and maintain a standardized set of curricula
- Responsible for day to day training management of facilitators
- Develop a quality assurance system to ensure consistent training delivery
- Indentify need and requirements of new training courses
- Work with local, national and international businesses to develop and ensure a curriculum that is relevant to market requirements

Requirements
- At least university degree in social field
- At least 3 years experience in training sector especially in vocational training
- Good command of English
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel are required)
- Analytical and results oriented;
- Ability to manage and work independently and efficiently
- Strong team spirit
- Willing to travel
