Organization description: Friends of Hue Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable, non-profit tax-exempt, non-governmental organization (NGO/INGO). The primary mission of the foundation is to provide assistance to impoverished people and victims of natural disasters in Thua Thien Hue province of Central Vietnam.

Job description: The Friends of Hue Foundation has partnered with Thriive Organization to offer small and growing businesses, interest free, equipment based loans which are repaid through charitable goods or services to the community. This project works to develop micro-enterprises.

Friends of Hue Foundation is looking for a Thriive Coordinator to work collaboratively with the Thriive team, which includes a manager and development analyst.

The following is a list of job duties:

- Develop marketing plan to reach target audience
- Analyze loan applications
- Lead equipment procurement process
- Collect financial data
- Monitor charity repayment
- Work closely with loan recipients

Job requirements:

- Ability to converse with colleagues in English on a daily basis. Excellent English language skills; spoken and written.
- Bachelor's Degree; priority given to graduates with Language, Economics or Finance background. 
- 1-3 years of work experience.
- Excellent IT skills; excel and word.
- Ability to think critically and contribute analytical reasoning.
- Willing to work under pressure and on weekends.
- Work collaboratively with international and national colleagues. 
- Interest or experience in social work.
