Deputy Chief of Party

Chemonics is seeking a Deputy Chief of Party for a USAID project in Vietnam to assist in strengthening the technical capacity of the Vietnam National Assembly’s Institute for Legislative Studies.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in law, political science, economics, or public administration/public policy.
- Seven or more years of experience leading teams or assisting team leaders in development of public policy/ legislative research activities.
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese political system and context, particularly as it relates to the National Assembly and its research needs.
- Prior experience with USAID or other international donors a plus.
- Fluency in English required.
