Web Administration Assistant
The Blue Ribbon Employer Council (BREC) is a National Employer Council comprised of International and National Employers. BREC's major purpose is to promote the employment of persons with disabilities (http://www.brec.vn/).
VNAH/VCCI is looking for potential candidates for Web Administration Assistant who are able to meet the following:
Requirements
- Administering BREC web site as daily activities;
- Create and manage applicants and companies database posting on BREC website;
- Uploading job posts, useful information, including but not limited to legal documents, training books/materials to BREC website;
- Web re-design work if needed;
- Contact applicants and companies to gather and verify information;
- Follow up with applicants and companies for the final recruitment and retention and report to the authorized person(s) every month;
Qualifications
- Web design skill is a must;
- Understanding of a computer language is a plus;
- Vietnamese and English verbal and writing is required
- Information management;
- Communication skills.
The successful candidate will work full-time (8 hours a day) and will be placed at VNAH Office – 5th floor, 101A Nguyen Khuyen Building, Dong Da Dist., Hanoi. The successful candidate will receive the payment of USD 300 per month.
