Program Manager

Center for Community Health Promotion (CHP), a young local NGO, works for lasting improvements in the well-being of people through health promotion and community development approaches with focus on capacity building and empowerment. Our primary targets are the most vulnerable and disadvantaged populations including vulnerable children and women, ethnic, social and sexual minority groups, mobile populations and migrant workers, and people living with HIV/AIDS etc.

CHP is immediately looking for a qualified and dynamic Vietnamese for the position of (HIV/AIDS) program manager, based in Hanoi office, to manage its extending program. Desired qualifications are:

- Bachelor degree on public health or medicine, business and administration, community development, social work or related disciplines
- Strong leadership organizational and planning skills and substantial management experience
- At least 5 years experience in program implementation and management
- Good interpersonal communication, teamwork and partnership building skills
- Good analytical and writing skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to travel
- Master degree of public health or business and administration would be an asset.
