Communication and Development Coordinator 

Objective: To identify new donors, provide communication materials, web-based tools, and write proposals for small to medium sized donations, grants and sponsors.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Compile, organize and maintain a multi-category database of international and local donor organizations
- Provide regular website and social media updates and materials for donor solicitation
- Build contacts with potential donors to raise funds
- Maintain relationships with existing donors
- Improve and develop communications material such as brochure, newsletter, website, DVD, etc.
- Regularly monitor donor websites to identify and respond to appropriate opportunities
- Provide assistance in fundraising events

Qualifications:
- College Degree (preference for international study experience)
- Proven track record of successful communications and fund raising accomplishments  
- Experience or personal background with disadvantaged, vulnerable youth
- Demonstrated professional organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken English (preference for native speaker)

Requirements:
- Live in or relocate to Hoi An at start of employment, one time relocation bonus provided.
- Flexible work schedule, including some overtime and holiday as needed
- Non-smokers only

Salary:
