INGO sharing paper at CEMA/UNDP Forum on Human Resource Development in Ethnic Minority Areas. 14th Aug 2012

On 14th Aug, 2012 the Commitee for Ethnic Minorities' Affairs (CEMA) and UNDP co-organized the Policy Forum "Situation of Ethnic Minority Human Resource and the Solution for Implementation of Policies for human resource Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas, towards 2020" in Hanoi.

The EMWG was invited to develope a paper on Human Resource Development in Ethnic Minority Areas through Education Programmes to share their experience. The paper was distributed to the participants.
