Job Responsibilities

- Prepare contemporary Vietnamese and Western cuisine
- Actively participate in culinary training for STREETS trainees
- Ensure consistent and creative presentation of food
- Manage food costs
- Maintain international standards of kitchen sanitation, cleanliness and organization
- Utilize and keep current STREETS standardized recipes

Qualifications

- Proficient culinary skills in contemporary International and Asian cuisine
- Minimum 3 years experience in high-end restaurant or hotel
- Advanced ‘Kitchen English’ as a minimum
- Professional Culinary School or related Professional Certificate preferred

Requirements

· Live in or relocate to Hoi An at start of employment, one time relocation expense provided
· Flexible work schedule, including some overtime and holidays as needed
· Vietnamese Citizen preferred
· 100% Non-smokers only
