Request for Proposal for Service Office Fit-out

UNICEF VIET NAM is looking for qualified Institutional/Corporate service for its “Office Fit-out Project, unit E(i), 5th floor, Sun Wah Tower, 115 Nguyen Hue street, District 1, HCMC, Viet Nam”.

Summary of the Assignment

Be responsible for physically setting up an office for UNICEF in Ho Chi Minh City at a newly rented location: unit E(i), 5th floor, Sun Wah Tower, 115 Nguyen Hue street, District 1, HCMC, Viet Nam, including:
    1) Inspect and Examine the Site and its surroundings
    2) Prepare office design and drawings using UNICEF Brand tool kit
    3) Do all the fit-out works including floor, ceiling, walls and partitions
    4) Provide, furnish and install all materials and equipment as shown on the design and drawings
    5) Wire computer, telephone, fax, internet network cable using UNICEF ICT requirements
    6) Provide and install a separate air conditioner for the server room using UNICEF requirements for server room.
