Consultants ( 01 International and 01 National) for End-of-Programme Evaluation

Transparency International (TI) and Towards Transparency (TT) is seeking for a team of minimum 2 consultants (one international and one local) to help TI/TT in undertaking End-of-Programme Evaluation of our 2009-2012 TI Vietnam programme. Please find the Terms of Reference for more details.
