Request for Expressions of Interest

The Project:

An international organization based in Hanoi invites qualified companies to submit an EOI for relocation from their downtown offices to new facilities.  The project will include construction of partitioning, supply and installation of new furniture, and relocation of existing furniture into an office space of approximately 475 square meters that will accommodate approximately 40 professional staff.

The fit-out will be constructed in accordance with an architectural design to be provided at a later date. EOIs will be evaluated and those that meet the outlined criteria will be short-listed to receive the architectural design.

Project Details:

· Approximately 475 sq.m of good quality office space

· The newly constructed leased space already includes tile floors, dropped ceiling and basic electrical work (lighting, air conditioning, power points)

· Work will involve the construction of small offices and meeting rooms, supply & installation of new furniture, and relocation of existing furniture from existing facilities to the new location

· Relocation of existing electrics (lighting, air conditioning, power points) and installation of some new equipment will be required

· Minor plumbing connections to existing base building outlets will be required

Bidding Process:

· Interested applicants must submit an Expression of Interest package no later than 17:00 on Monday 01 April 2013

· The client will issue letters of Invitation to Bid to selected bidders by Thursday 04 April 2013

· Tender documents will be made available for pick-up by invited bidders at 09:00 on Monday 08 April 2013

· All tenders will be received from bidders by 17:00 on Friday 12 April 2013

· Final contract will be negotiated in the days that follow

· On-site work will begin on or before 02 May 2013 and will be completed by 01 June 2013

Expression of Interest:

Interested applicants should submit the following information no later than 17:00 on Monday 01 April 2013:

· Company name and contact information

· VAT registration number

· Description of experience on at least 3 projects of this type and size completed in the past 2 years

· Contact information for at least 3 references from previous clients
