01 International Consultant and 04 National Consultants for the World Bank

The World Bank in Vietnam is implementing a Technical Assistance (TA) “Enhancing the implementation of Safeguard policies in Vietnam. The objective of this TA is to develop protocols and toolkits on social and environment safeguard policies, addressing country-specific requirements and policy compliance. The TA will contribute to strengthen the Borrower’s capacity on design and implementation selected safeguard issues with the supports of step-by-step approaches and concise guidance.

Under this Technical Assistance, the World Bank in Vietnam is currently seeking 01 international (who will cover both social and environment aspects) and 04 national consultants (including 01 national environment consultant and 03 national social consultants) to develop toolkits and protocol, guiding the preparation and implementation social and environmental safeguard policies in Bank’s funded projects.

The employment duration is from April 2013 – February 2014
