Recruitment for Mekong Partnership for the Environment Project

Pact is an international NGO working to strengthen the capacity of civil society, government and the private sector to contribute to development goals in the areas of natural resource management, health, and livelihoods.

Pact is seeking candidates for Key Personnel positions for the USAID-funded Mekong Partnership for the Environment (MPE) project. The project will work to advance multi-stakeholder dialogues in Lower Mekong Initiative partner countries on the anticipated social and environmental costs and benefits of regional development projects. Positions will be based in Bangkok and require some regional travel.

Positions include:
- Chief of Party
- Deputy Chief of Party
- Civil Society Capacity Building Technical Advisor
- Governance and Institutional Development Advisor
- Social and Environmental Assessment Specialist

All positions require good communication skills, with fluency in English. Applicants should have proven ability to communicate, coordinate and effectively work with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, civil society organizations, and individuals from the academic and private sectors.
