Project Coordinator; Project Facilitator

Foundation for International Development / Relief (FIDR) is a Japanese non-profit organization which is permitted by PACCOM in Vietnam. FIDR implements community development projects in Quang Nam province and Kon Tum province.

FIDR is now seeking qualified Vietnamese national staffs for the position of Project Coordinator and Project Facilitator, working for Kon Tum Province Child Nutrition Improvement Project (CNIP) in Dak Glei and Dak To districts, Kon Tum province and Project on Food Security Improvement for Small Scale Farmers in Quang Nam Province (PFSI). We strongly encourage people who already have some previous working experience, and want to seek their professional career in the field of humanitarian aid, to apply for this position.

1.Project Coordinator (PC)

Main responsibilities

- Work in close collaboration with other staffs of the project team, project partners, and concerned organizations to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of project activity
- Coordination and implementation of the project activities.
- Build  capacity for local partner project management.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on project activities to and is supervised by Project Manager
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Cooperate directly with local partners, interact with team members and assist Project Manager

Qualification

- University graduate in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of proven working experience on relevant project
- Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing
- Very good computer (MS-Excel, Word, etc.) and data analysis skills
- Project planning, implementing and report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to travel and work at remote areas

2. Project Facilitator (PF)

Main responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor project activities in alliance with related partners
- Assist in research, planning and evaluation of the projects
- Produce reports on project activities

Qualification:

We seek open-hearted, proactive and responsible person with following qualifications:
- High commitment to working for the vulnerable people such as children and the poor.
- Good interpersonal, teamwork and high communication skills.
- Good ability in making report and documentation
- University degree with minimum of two (2) years of working experience, preferably in the field of the humanitarian work sector.
- Good computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able and willing to travel frequently to mountainous/remote project sites
