Senior Sponsorship Service Officer
I. SUMMARY
Good Neighbors is an international non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements, and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief project.
In 1996, Good Neighbors received the prestigious General Consultative Status with the United Nations and in 2007, we were awarded the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) Award by the United Nations. Up to 2012, GNI has operated in 29 field countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. GNI is supported by 03 sponsor countries: Korea, Japan and the United State. GNI in Vietnam was established in 2005 and has implemented various projects on training, hunger alleviation and poverty reduction in Hanoi, Hoa Binh, Tuyen Quang and Thanh Hoa. Currently GNI in Vietnam is in need of recruiting the following position:
1. Position: Senior Sponsorship Service Office
2. Work place: Hanoi
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage to sponsored children cases work in CDP.
- Coordinate and response to the special case for children.
- Ensure that all sponsored children in the field projects are visited 3 times a years at least and all children information are collected according to the plan.
- Coordinate in sponsorship routine work such as new child intake, annual child letter, and annual progress report and filings.
- Coordinate and support the field office, partners and sponsor children to ensure effective and smooth implementation of case management.
- Monitor and evaluate implementation of child case management to ensure that the project system and staff are working to achieve the project goals and objectives.
- Provide staff training and development opportunities and complete annual performance and development appraisals for all sponsorship service staffs.
- Response to queries from International Head Quarter (IHQ) or membership service team and make sure that all queries response in time as requested.
III. QUALIFICAITONS REQUIRED:
Education:
- University dregree or higher in social work or Conselling
Work experience
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- NGO or counselling centre(Youth centre) working experience is preferable;
- Experience and skills of child case management, including counselling, staff management and partnership;
Skills
- Ability to gather and analyse statistical data and generate reports
- Good English language skills in writing & speaking;
- Good skill in computer use(Microsoft office)
- Ability to work independently and with the team;
- Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills;
