Paz y Desarrollo (PyD) is seeking an external consultant team to conduct a training course of trainers on business management skills for staff of Socio-Economic Development Centers (SEDCs), Socio-Economic Development Fund (Revolving Fund) – SEDF and Center of Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (CISCE) in Quang Nam on the head of July, 2013
