National Consultant on Database Development

Project “Vietnam/UNDP/UNEP Partnership Initiative for the Integration of Sound Management of Chemicals into Development Planning and Processes” is funded by UNDP/UNEP and implemented by Vietnam Chemicals Agency (VINACHEMIA), Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT). The project has planned to support Chemicals Agency to set up a database about legal basis, functional tasks of ministries, agencies which take part in chemical management and all the informations related to international coorperation  in chemical management in their life time. This database helps government agencies in planning and coordinating chemicals management more effectively. This database will be part of the database which Information Centre of Chemicals Agency is planning to investigate. To support this, the project is seeking 01 experienced consultant to design and construct the database.
