Recruitment of Film Maker Team

The Swiss Cooperation Office for Vietnam (SCO) is the representative of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). It is responsible for the coordination of Swiss Development Cooperation of the Swiss Government in Vietnam.

We are seeking a high qualified team to make documentary films for our Market Access for the Rural Poor – through value chain promotion program (MARP). Details of the TOR is attached or can be found in our website www.sdc.org.vn.

The criteria for selection include previous experience in producing public information video films; creativity and innovation in the approach and methodology; Besides, other aspects will be taken into consideration such as cost, quality of application (readability, structure, completeness), references, understanding of the assignment. You are encouraged to provide a short assessment of the TOR and provide a concrete idea on how you will carry out the assignment.

Closing date for submission is 14th October 2013.

Three (3) short-listed candidates will be invited to present your ideas to SDC.
