SNV Vietnam is looking for a Consulting Service for Research and Development of a Spices Quality Management Manual and Provision of ToT services on Sustainable Spices Quality Management (QM)
The objective of this assignment is to (i) newly development of the QM manual guide for two products (cinnamon and star anise). In parallel, updating current cardamom quality assurance protocol toward tailormade with Ha Giang and Yen Bai context and meeting the defined international standard requirements for these spice products; and (ii) Deliver a Training-of-Trainers (ToT) course for clients in four provinces on spices quality management (training on cinnamon for Lao Cai & Yen Bai, Star anise for Lang Son and Cardamom for Ha Giang).
A total estimated of 60 working days by the consultant/firm during the period end November 2013 – January 2014.

The proposal should contain a clear description of the objectives, content of the study, framework, methodology, approach, expected results after the assignment and a detailed break-down of the budget per activity, CV of the consultant proposed to conduct the assignment and an overview of comparable experiences done in the past. All rights are with SNV to engage or disengage with the proposal. The consultant can be asked for modifications in the proposal whenever need might arise. After reaching an agreement on the study proposal including budget, SNV will present a contract to be signed with the consultant.
