Consultant Opportunity at CRS

CRS is looking for a qualified Vietnamese consultant group for the following tasks:

National consultants to DEVELOP TRAINING MANUALS, TRAINING and CONSULTING ON EQUIPMENT, AND information technology (ict) FOR SUPPORTERS, children with disabilities participating in the pilot distance learning model for children with disabilities

Project: “Enhancing access and quality of inclusive education through information technology for children with disabilities”

Duration: 25 January to 10 March 2014

Requirements:

-          Master /Doctor of Education
-          Experience working in education, special education and information technology
-          Experts in training manual development, and experience in e-learning
-          Sound knowledge on distance education model and IT skills to enhance educational opportunities for children with disabilities.
-       Ability to connect and work with other consultancy groups who developed the distance learning website,  2 subject development and approval panel groups for children with disabilities to complete the job.
