Program Officer; Accountant

Center for Community Health Promotion (CHP), A Vietnamese NGO, works for lasting improvements in the well-being of people through health promotion and community development approaches with focus on capacity building and empowerment. Our primary targets are the most vulnerable and disadvantaged populations including vulnerable children and women, ethnic and social minority groups, mobile populations and migrant workers, people who use drugs and people living with HIV/AIDS etc.

CHP is immediately looking for a qualified program officer and an accountant, based in Hanoi office.

Requirements for (HIV care and treatment) program officer

1.Vietnamese national
2.Academic level of education in medicine
3.Practical experiences  and demonstrable skills in project administration and management with at least 3 years of implementation of  HIV/AIDS care and treatment projects
4.Excellent organizational, administration and logistics skills;
5.Financial management experience
6.Result oriented working style
7.Good training and facilitation skills
8.Good interpersonal communication, teamwork and partnership building skills
9.Good analytical and writing skills
10.Good command of spoken and written English
11.Ability to travel
12.Experience working for NGO sector would be an asset

Requirements for senior accountant

1.Bachelor degree in accounting with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
2.Sound knowledge on project financial management, financial analysis, budgeting and reporting.
3.Excellent organizational, administration and logistics skills;
4.Attention to details and hard working
5.Good interpersonal communication, teamwork and partnership building skills
6.Good computer office skills
7.Specialized English skills
8.Accounting experience with NGO sector would be an asset.
