Inclusive education program support Officer

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is a US non-governmental organization that has been operating in Vietnam for nearly 20 years. CRS projects assist local counterparts to build capacity in the areas of Education, HIV/AIDS care and treatment, Disaster Risk Reduction and emergency preparedness and response. CRS is looking for an Inclusive education program support Officer for Project: Inclusion of Vietnamese with Disabilities (IVWD) with details as follows:

Duration: 01 May to 30 September 2014 with possible extension
Requirements:
1. University degree in Education or related field
2. At least three years professional experience in education and or development, preferably with international NGOs
3. Good Vietnamese and English (spoken & written)
4. Other skills:
- Practical knowledge of disability related laws and policies in Vietnam
- Good organizational and computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
