National consultant for Market - oriented Socio-economic Development Planning Process

The Sustainable Rural Development for the Poor Project in Quang Binh province (SRDP) is implemented under the Financing Agreement signed by Government of Vietnam and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) on 27/11/2013 in Rome, Italy. In coming time, the Project will implement MoSEDP Process in 40 project communes, and then replicate in 159 communes over the province.
Therefore, PPMU of SRDP Quang Binh wants to seek for a national consultant, who are adequately qualified and experienced in MoSEDP process to support this activity. Main task of the consultant shall be to provide technical assistance so as to finalize the MoSEDP process at commune level. Please find the ToR attached for more details of task.
