Finance Officer

Action Center for City Development (ACCD) is a Vietnamese NGO. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people in urban areas. ACCD three main programs are:

• Green Living program for communities, schools and workplaces
• Public Space
• Organic Agriculture

ACCD is seeking a Finance Officer to work in Hoi An at our office (57 Tran Phu – Hoi An- Quang Nam)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To monitor donor contracts and project according to ACCD financial management regulations as well as financial guidelines from each donor.
• To check, monitor and implement all payments of project activities and consultancy contracts
• To support project officers to implement activities according to financial regulations of donors
• To update data to accounting software system
• To manage financial documents of projects and ACCD
• To provide financial project reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
• To implement and monitor banking activities such as: withdrawing, transferring and receiving money
• To implement procedures for withholding and paying of personal income tax

REQUIREMENT:

• An university degree in finance or accounting
• At least 3 year experience the field of financial management and accounting
• Good spoken and written English
• Experience in using accounting software
• Priority is given to candidate with experience in project ACCDfinancial management
