National Expert on Public Administration Reform
The Project “Supporting the Implementation of Public Administration Reform Projects in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da Nang and Ha Tinh” funded by UNDP (called Public Administration Reform Project- Ministry of Home Affairs) support the implementation of public administration reform projects in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da nang and Ha Tinh.
According to the Annual Work Plan 2014 approved by UNDP and MOHA, the PMU MOHA PAR Project will recruit a national expert on PAR to assist the PMU to (i) ensure the quality of project’s activities in the last three months of 2014; (ii) evaluate and ensure the quality of local projects’ outputs, the coherence and intergrity among localities and between localities and central agencies; (iii) propose support strategies for better implementation of PAR activities for local projects; (iv)assist to develop annual work plan 2015 of PAR MOHA and make sure it goes coinherently with annual work plans of local PAR projects.
Work duration: 50 days starting October 2014.
Work locations: in Hanoi and other locations, as required by project.
