National Consultant for Project Evaluation

UNDP Viet Nam seeks 1 National consultant for PFLAG project evaluation.

The project is an initiative to support, mobilize, engage and empower communities (LGBT and allies). Over a year of various activities, PFLAG expected to expand network membership and coverage, reach out to PFLAG and LGBT community, changing public awareness and run advocacy campaigns with pure passion, commitment and determination.

The PFLAG project evaluation is expected to address specific issues, such as:

- The ultimate outcomes/results with regard to committed deliverables
- The efficiency of Project management and implementation
- The impact on the Project onto key target audiences, major stakeholders and the implementing partner
- Key achievements and lessons learnt in the duration of the project in various aspects
- Possibility to sustain and scale up the Project
- Capture of emerging need for support to LGBT community as diagnosed during the Project implementation.

The consultant will work for 16 days for this assignment from December 2014 to end of January 2015.
