Consultant(s) to Implement Gender Analysis

The French Red Cross and the Vietnam Red Cross are looking for a Consultant(s) to implement a Gender analysis of the 12 communes of our Community Based Disaster Risk Management Project that is being implemented in Son La and Lai Chau Provinces. Please find the attached ToR for details.

Interested candidates are requested to send:
- Full technical proposal in English including the detailed methodology and the proposed work plan;
- Financial quotation;
- Complete CV of all persons involved into the consultancy.
