The “Support to the innovation and development of business incubators policy project (BIPP)” is funded by the grant ODA of the Belgian Government with the duration of 5 years from 2014 to 2019.  We are looking for high qualified staff as for following positions:

1. National Expert in Science and Technology (S&T) Policy and Monitoring
Work station: PMU office in Hanoi with travel throughout Vietnam
Duration: 47 months
Starting date: 01/03/2015

2. National Incubation Management Expert

Work station: PMU office in Hanoi with travel throughout Vietnam
Duration: 47 months
Starting date: 01/03/2015

3. National Innofund Management and Monitoring Expert
Work station: PMU office in Hanoi with travel throughout Vietnam
Duration: 47 months
Starting date: 01/03/2015

4. Secretary - Translator
Work station: PMU office in Hanoi with travel on request
Duration: 47 months
Starting date: 01/03/2015

Scope of assignment:

The scope of assignment is stipulated in the Terms of reference (TOR) attached for each of the  positions.

Required documents:

- A C.V. (in English and Vietnamese) with full information on qualifications, capabilities and experience of the candidate in conformity with the TOR of the post that the candidate is interested in applying for.
- Notarized copies of relevant qualifications.
- An application letter (in English and Vietnamese).
