Expressions of Interest – External Collaborator Contract

The ILO CO Hanoi Skills for Trade Project is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant in Viet Nam to undertake an external collaborator contract (Excol) in developing training materials for Tourism Development Planning and delivering the materials in training workshops for local officials in Thua Thien- Hue and Quang Nam from March to May 2015.
