Consultants to Elaborate the Green Growth Action Plans of Three Provinces of Ha Tinh, Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan

Project Management Unit of Vietnam Green Growth Support Facility (VGGSF) is seeking a consultant team consisting of three national individuals under the Procurement Package No. 5 of the VGGSF Procurement Plan 2015 for development of green growth action plans at provincial level for Ha Tinh, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan.

The objective of the consultancy is to elaborate the green growth action plans of three provinces of Ha Tinh, Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan, based on the marginal cost abatement curve (MACC) approach and templates provided by Ministry of Planning and Investment. The consultant team will work for estimated 264 working days in 3rd and 4th Quarter 2015.

Interested and qualified consultant teams are invited to send:

• Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability;

• Detailed CVs with
  
  • A list of relevant projects/activities, studies demonstrating the experience of the consultant;
  • A list of contact person in charge of supervising the past projects/activities, studies, who could be contacted for reference of the consultant quality;
  • At least 3 reference products written by the consultant for similar assignment.

• Brief description of approach to work, technical proposal, justifications of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment including a proposed methodology on how they will approach and complete the assignment (max 10 pages).
