Education Programme Intern
At the World Animal Protection, we have worked to expose animal cruelty and prevent animal suffering for more than 30 years. We are currently seeking Vietnamese national for the Education Programme Intern position. Working location is Hanoi Office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Take notes for workshops and meetings
2.Translate correspondences, programme documents and reports;
3.Provide interpretation services;
4.Provide logistic arrangements for events (meetings, workshops, and trainings);
5.Join and writing meeting minutes (if required);
6. Maintain stocks of printed resources and assist in production of new resources;
7. Assist Education Officer and Education Manager in any other relevant tasks if required.
8. Might be asked to assist other programmes
Background, SKILLS AND COMPETENCE
- University graduate in foreign language, social science, teacher training or related discipline
- Very good spoken and written English
- Good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Be flexible, and self-driven
- Strong interest in animal welfare and motivation for learning about animal welfare education work
- Able to start immediately
Contract type: Allowances- Until December 2015
