Assessor of the ECCD Quality Learning Environment (QLE) Assessment for Sponsorship-funded Program

The current programme focuses on the following core sectors: Health and Nutrition; HIV/AIDS prevention; Care and support; Education; Child protection; Child-focused emergency preparedness and response; Climate Change adaption Child rights agenda, including Civil society development, Economic opportunities, Child poverty Research, and Advocacy for child-friendly development policy and practice.
We are looking for a Vietnamese consultant to assess of the ECCD Quality Learning Environment (QLE) Assessment for Sponsorship-funded Program in Lao Cai, Vietnam
Key Competencies:
- Education background with teaching degree ( college or university)
- Experience in early childhood care and development
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Good at riding motorbike
- Familiarity with Lao Cai region – people and the culture; preference would be given to candidates from Lao Cai
