Consultant(s) for Project Final Evaluation Report

Caritas Switzerland Office in Vietnam is actively seeking for qualified consultants to carry out the final evaluation of our Ebike Project (Promotion of Electric Two-Wheelers and Solar Energy in Hanoi). The main goal of the project is to contribute to climate change mitigation and promotion of green transport in Hanoi through the consolidation and extension of the established e-bike pilot renting system and intensified awareness raising among general public and decision makers.

Interested consultants can apply as a team or individually. CV, technical proposal (no more than 5 pages) and financial proposal (budget) presenting their understanding of the assignment, an evaluation plan including methodology, tools and process (work plan including dates) as well as reference details to following both email addresses: [email protected]  And [email protected].
