PFES Consultant

Please be informed that WWF-Vietnam is seeking for suitable candidate for the position of  PFES Consultant (based in Hue city, Vietnam)

PFES consultant will support to WWF efforts on responsible PFES M&E projects in the Central Annamites Landscape, Vietnam (Job Description is attached for your ref.).

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in conservation, natural resource management, environmental, or in relevant fields.
• Knowledge of conservation and natural resource management, policy/institutional context issues in Vietnam, especially in PFES and PFES M&E fields.
• Good understanding of the local context, especially the administrative management system, relationships of local agencies, socio-economic and environmental conditions of Thua Thien Hue and Quang Nam provinces.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in managing project in either NGOs, and 2 years of which should be in related fields.
• Experience of working with relevant local agencies such as DARD, FPDF, FPD, local government, communities and international donors.
• Familiarity with the project area and local residence will be an asset
• Networking and teamwork
• Good presentation & interpersonal skills ?
• Planning, organization, time management, facilitation and coordination
• Report writing
• Fluency in written and spoken English
