Consultant to Conduct Studies on Participatory Social Impact Assessment (p-SIA) to Comply with ASC Standard at Shrimp Farm in Bac Lieu Province

Please be informed that WWF-Vietnam is seeking for Consultant to conduct studies on Participatory Social Impact Assessment (p-SIA) to comply with ASC standard at Shrimp Farm in Bac Lieu province (TOR attached)

Objective:

The aim of this service is to full researches on p-SIA in order to identify and ensure farms’ conditions matching with ASC requirements to be ASC audited by independent certifying bodies.

Required profile:

• Consultant should have related background in environment, aquaculture, agriculture, food technology, business administration or relevant subject.
• Knowledge/Expertise: Minimum 3-years experience on technical consultant in aquaculture, particular in shrimp standard.
• Experiences: Experience on consultant international standard Global GAP, ASC… in aquaculture.
• Skills and Abilities: Good at writing report and communication, understand local context.
