Project Officer

Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) is an Oslo-based Humanitarian organization working in the fields of Mine Action. We have operated in Vietnam since 2010 with projects in Hanoi, Hue and Quang Tri. NPA Vietnam is seeking for qualified, enthusiastic, experienced Vietnamese applicants for the position of Project Officer (PO) for NPA-DFID project for 04 months, based in Hanoi with travels to field offices in provinces.

General responsibilities

The Project Officer has the overall responsibility for the project, including deliveries of the delegated tasks. All responsibilities including overall planning, donor reporting and budget oversight and management has to be carried out in accordance with the strategic objectives, donor approved plans and corresponding deliverables in close collaboration with the Country Director and DFID Program Coordinator at HO.
