We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:
Vacancy: ASISt Assistant
Based in Hanoi
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Data Management Officer in data entering, report extracting, and make sure that all the data are well-backup and consistent.
- Support any IT related issue for Sponsorship staff
- Support Operations activities in the field e.g. child enrolment campaign, Annual Family Update Campaign
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology;
- Proven experience of using MS office application (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Good attention to detail;
- Have high sense of self and team development
- Be proactive and creative in all work
- Have ability to work under high pressure
