We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:
Vacancy: ASISt Assistant
Based in Hanoi

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Data Management Officer in data entering, report extracting, and make sure that all the data are well-backup and consistent.
• Support any IT related issue for Sponsorship staff
• Support Operations activities in the field e.g. child enrolment campaign, Annual Family Update Campaign

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology;
• Proven experience of using MS office application (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Good attention to detail;
• Have high sense of self and team development
• Be proactive and creative in all work
• Have ability to work under high pressure
