Interns/volunteers
CARE International in Vietnam (CVN) is looking for 02 Vietnamese interns/volunteers to provide support to the Program Support team as follows:
1. Full-time intern/volunteer in Finance and Accounting
Key responsibilities:
- Record data to Bank book and Cash book on the daily basis.
- Stamp & filling financial documents (bank, cash, Journal voucher, bank statement, etc).
- Label filling docs.
- Scan intra company documents.
- Provide general administrative support including key in financial information into SUN system, filing, sending and circulating mail, fax; photocopying, travel booking, helping to prepare float accounts, payment vouchers etc.
- Provide informal interpretation and translation of letters and documents.
- Attend meetings, take notes and prepare meeting minutes.
- Provide logistical support in the organisation of trainings, workshops, and field trips etc.
- Travel to field to support finance officers during internal audit/monitoring visit in short notice (if any).
- Support to get and file Payment vouchers and Journal vouchers during and after project audit.
- Timely collect staff time sheets from Admin/HR and check to ensure the accuracy.
- Support to verify supporting documents/ payment voucher.
- Perform others tasks as required.
Selection criteria:
- University graduate, fluent English, good ability at using word, excel;
- Good attention to details, positive working attitude;
- Interest in learning and applying the new skills and knowledge.
2. Part-time intern/volunteer in Admin and Logistic
Key responsibilities:
- Collect and check Timesheets;
- Support answering telephone when receptionist goes out;
- Collect supporting documents for office services payment;
- Record incoming & outgoing mail, filing document;
- Support visa and work permit application process;
- Logistics support: taxi/car arrangement, accommodation booking, stationery order;
- Assist in translating messages and short documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa, if requested;
- Perform others tasks as required.
Selection criteria:
- University graduate (or 4th – year student), fluent in English, good ability at using word, excel;
- Detail-oriented, positive working attitude, well-organized;
- Interest in learning and applying the new skills and knowledge;
