Consultant for Project Mid-term Review

The Fred Hollows Foundation is seeking for consultant for mid-term review of the Vietnam Child Eye Care Project. Please find the attached ToR for more information.

An applicant should provide following documents in both English and Vietnamese:

•    Updated CV with reference list or evidence from previous evaluation missions
•    Examples of any evaluation reports done before
•    Protocol for this MTR including proposed methodologies, timeframe…
•    Proposed the number of days required to complete the MTR, broken down by deliverable and daily rate
