CARE International in Vietnam is looking for a consultant to conduct a final evaluation for ‘EMPOWER ME’ WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT THROUGH CLEAN COOKSTOVE MICRO-ENTERPRISES project. The project locations are Dien Bien & Bac Kan provinces. Please refer to the attached TOR for detailed information.
