SNV has been working in Vietnam since 1995. Using market based approaches, SNV is committed to reducing poverty by catalyzing environmentally sustainable solutions for the poor in agriculture, energy, water & sanitation, and REDD+.

SNV Vietnam is currently seeking an intern to provide the Office with administrative assistance. The ideal intern is a multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scanning documents to support payments to suppliers and clients;
• Archive documents related to payments;
• Support filing of hard copies and soft copies of documents;
• Support the review and checking of finance documents;
• Support other activities/ tasks related to finance and admin as required;

Candidate profile

• Vietnamese citizen
• Fresh graduate with university degree
• Initiative and creativity in solving problems;
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team;
• Good computer skills in MS-applications (Word, Excel, Internet, Email)

Contract Duration: SNV Vietnam offers a 3-month internship contract, with possibility of extension.

Reporting line: Finance Officer

Desired start date: As soon as possible
