Youth Employment Project Assistant

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for Youth Employment Project Assistant based in Hochiminh City.
Main Responsibilities:
This position works under the guidance and supervision of the Project Officer(s), assists the project team in the overall field management of project activities and monitoring effective implementation of the Child Poverty/ Youth Employment Project(s).
Qualifications & Experiences
Essential
- University degree in social sciences, software development or related field;
- Have at least 2 years’ experience working in development areas, or software development;
- Ability to learn quickly and respond to multiple demands;
- Positive attitude to working with youth and vocational schools and community leaders;
- Solid English speaking and writing skills;
Desirable
- Experience working in vocational schools with school management and youth;
- Experience working with children, especially ethnic minorities ones is a plus;
- Flexibility and a sense of humour – ability to work, live and thrive in challenging circumstances;
- Have a very high level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness;
- Be both self-confident and humble.
