POSITION RECRUITMENT: Consultant/consultant team for Documentary Film Making

1. Organization: Plan International Vietnam, re-established in 1993, is an international child-centered community development organization working in 73 countries. Plan is working in partnership with local people; organizations and government bodies to help children in Vietnam meet their basic needs as well as expand their opportunities to reach their full potential.  The project: “Community Based Bilingual Education for Ethnic Minority Children” funded by European Commission since April 2016 to March 2019 in eight communes of Meo Vac and Yen Minh district of Ha Giang province, Vietnam. The project will improve young children’s learning and development through effective, holistic and bilingual early childhood interventions to provide a strong foundation for successful completion of primary education and effective learning outcomes, ensuring that children, families and schools are ready through strong family and school links to enable a smooth transition from preschool to primary education. Plan International Viet Nam and co-applicant Centre for Education Promotion and Empowerment for Women – CEPEW are seeking a qualified Vietnamese consultancy firm/group to lead and complete the final evaluation for this project in close collaboration with Plan International Vietnam staff. In order to document outputs and outcomes of what Plan International Vietnam has supported to villages, communes and beneficiaries through project activities, Plan in Vietnam is looking for a consultant or a consultant firm in the development of a documentary film featuring changes. 2. Working location: Meo Vac and Yen Minh district, Ha Giang province.

3. Working duration: From November to December 2018.
