Project Administration Coordinator
MAG is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization clearing remnants of conflicts in current and former conflict zones. Present in Vietnam since 1999, MAG has been working to maximize community safety and help those most-at risk reduce their chance of being in a UXO accident.
We are seeking a fully qualified Project Administration Coordinator (PAC) to join our team, which strategic input and overview of Administration function of the MAG Vietnam programme.
Major functions: The Project Administration Coordinator is responsible for all administrative aspects of a MAG provincial base location and oversees the day-to-day functioning of the project office.
Key requirements for the position include:
- University degree in an appropriate subject (Bussiness Administration, Public Administration) and other degree relating to this position.
- Minimum 3 years of similar role.
- Excellent English skills, IT skills.
- Able to work with multiple demands. Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
- Experience of designing and implementing Administrative systems and processes.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Be responsible and have a good attitude in the workplace.
