Consultant/Consultant Team to Develop Documentary Film on Early Child Care and Development Project
Organization: Plan International is the world’s largest girls’ rights organization, having been operating in 75 countries over the past 80 years. In Vietnam, Plan International has been established since 1993. To date, we are working to improve the lives of more than 350,000 children, their families and communities in over 131 communes in 10 provinces across the country.
Plan International Vietnam supports the vision that marginalized children and youth in Vietnam, especially adolescent girls, are able to reach their full potential in a society that protects and respects their rights. Plan International Vietnam’s goal by 2021 is to take action so that 2 million girls in Vietnam can learn, lead, decide, and thrive.
The project “Promoting early childhood care and development for disadvantaged ethnic minority children in Lai Chau province, Vietnam” funded by the KNO Korea International Cooperation Agency over the period from Jan 2017 to December 2019 in the four project communes of Phong Tho districts, Lai Chau province.
The project promotes more effective and better quality Early Child Care and Development in 4 disadvantaged and mountainous communes of Phong Tho district, Lai Chau province. The project will end in December 2019. In order to document the expected changes in a more sharable and effective way, documentary film will be produced.
Plan International Viet Nam is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant/consultant team to develop documentary film on Early Child Care and Development project. Please find the attached TOR for more information.
