Training Assistant
Marie Stopes International (MSI) is a marketing focused, results oriented social enterprise. We are looking for qualified candidates for the post of Training Assistant with job description as below:
- To update training materials in Vietnamese, categorizing in single service and topic, including guidelines for trainers, for trainees, PPP slides
- To support and coordinate formal training events: Communication, participant selection, training venue, appropriate training materials & training aid models and medical instrument.
- Translation support: reports, policies, guidelines, tools and verbal interpretation for field trips as needed.
- To follow up QTA/IA action plans for all channels – monthly and quarterly update the status to relevant audiences.
- To manage the MSV MDT storage: Training models and medical instruments
- To admin the on-site training in terms of clinical training: trainees follow up and training organization & management. Additionally, uploading news letters, learning together, sharing the update policies and guidelines…
- To be a focal contact and working with Supplier (the Web/IT provider) to maintain the website and other related requirement.
Job requirements:
- Education background: Midwife or public health
- Competent to work in English independently
- Having at least 3 - year - working experience in the area/circumstances.
