Operations Officer (Sponsorship Programme)

At present, Vietnam Country Office has programs in 20 out of 63 provinces in Vietnam.

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:

  • Vacancy: Operations Officer (Sponsorship Programme)
  • Based in: Lao Cai Office

Main Responsibilities:

Be responsible for meeting all sponsorship-related objectives in the field offices in Lao Cai province; ensures that sponsorship resources are focused on reaching strategic objectives, retaining sponsors and adhering to all internal and external standards. 

Key Competencies:

Qualifications

  • University degree in social science, development studies, or business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant field

Essential

  • Experienced in Sponsorship Operations Management
  • Experienced in working with children and community-based interventions of INGOs
  • Flexible and adaptive to dynamic changes and fast-paced work environment
  • Good staff management
  • Excellent in English
  • Good computer skills including MS Office

Desirable

  • Proven facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
